3. Turn the bowl in counterclockwise direction to take the bowl out of the mixer.

2. Lift the motor head.

3. Slip the desired attachment (flat beater, wire whip or dough hook) onto the beater shaft and press upward as far as possible.

4. Then, twist the attachment to the right to hook it over the pin on the shaft.

2. Press the attachment upward as far as possible and twist it to the left.

1. Tilt the motor head completely down.

2. Move the locking lever to the “Lock” position.

3. Before using the mixer confirm whether the motor head is really locked by attempting to raise the head.

How to unlock motor head?

1. Move the locking lever to the “Unlock” position.
